Terms and Conditions of Sale

TERMS OF SALE - All invoices are due on receipt. Xtreme CellPhone & Accessories (Xtreme) retains title to, and a security interest in the equipment and accessories indicated on Xtreme sales receipts and/or invoices to the customer until the amount owed has been paid in full. If legal services are incurred to recover the amount due under any Xtreme sales receipts and/or invoices or any portion thereof, customer shall be obligated to pay resonable attorney fees and costs.

WARRANTY

New Cellular Phone - New equipment is direct manufacture warranty unless otherwise specified on sales receipt and/or invoice.

Refurbished Cellular Phone - Twenty Five (25) days Warranty (from date of invoice) on refurbished equipment.

Accessories - Twenty-Five (25) days Warranty (from date of invoice) on cellular phone accessories. NO WARRANTY ON ANY ONE DOLLAR OR LESS ITEM.

NO REFUNDS

Due to buying errors - Due to shipping errors - If customer changes their mind after purchasing merchandise - If customer refused to wait for their return merchandise to be exchanged or credited, and purchases another of the same item that was returned for exchange or credit.

RETURN POLICY

NO EXCHANGE, REPAIR, CREDIT OR REFUND ON EQUIPMENT AND/OR ACCESSORIES UNLESS APPROVED IN WRITING BY XTREME.

UNOPENED Products - Credit or exchange within 25 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges excluded. Must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt or invoice.

OPENED Products - Credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. You will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. Shipping charges excluded. Must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt or invoice. Must be in its original condition accompanied by all the packaging, manuals, and accessories. Some products are excluded from this policy.

Defective Cellular Phones - Credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt or invoice. Must be in its original condition and original box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

UPC Barcode on Product Packaging - Products cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged if the UPC barcode has been removed from the equipment or packaging.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after SHIPPED DATE. - Any items that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap or package.) AFTER 14 DAYS. - Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. - Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

Mail Returns - Merchandise purchased on-line through Xtreme CellPhone & Accessories, which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our warehouse. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and NUMBER. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and handling fee will be assessed.

FOR RMA NUMBER. Or, you may e-mail us at RMAdept@Xtremecellphoneaccessories.com. An RMA is good for 10 days from issued date.

If an item is returned for exchange or credit, all relevant free items must also be returned.

Please Note - You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy.

Please allow 14 days from the time we accept your Return Merchandise for the processing of your return. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.

Upon receipt of a RMA form and number, please complete the RMA form. Original invoice and completed RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM must be accompanied with the return merchandise.

PAYMENT TERMS - (Payments must be received within 48 hours of close of auction).

Certified Checks - Bank Check, Cashier Check or Money Order only. Sorry, No Personal Checks.

Credit Card - We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Discover and American Express.

PayPal Verified - PayPal payments are preferred and will expedite your delivery.

Sales Tax - California residents must pay sales tax.

Handling & Shipping - Will be applied to your order.
